About our Founder
Adhavan Sundaramurthy completed his Masters in Architecture at SCI-Arc, Los Angeles. Born and raised in Chennai, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. He is the founder of an art movement “Thamizh Futurism” which envisions a new future for the Tamil culture. His work has been exhibited in some of the most prominent galleries in Los Angeles, New York city and Toronto. He worked for Undisclosable Inc and Mithun |Hodgets + Fung as an Architectural Designer in Los Angeles. He worked as an Architectural Designer at a Brooklyn based architecture firm Bureau V Architecture. During his time in the USA, he worked on varied project typologies ranging from Multiresidential housing, private residences, cultural spaces, retail spaces and public housing projects.
Our Philosophy
Our core approach to design is to take something local and making a global statement with it. We believe that architecture should reflect the unique culture and history of a place, while also making a statement that resonates with people around the world. We take inspiration from the local context, whether it be the natural surroundings, the
traditional architecture, or the culture of the community, and use it to create
something new and unique that speaks to a global audience.
